When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message.

To protect the form from spam and abuse, our server also records your IP address, browser type, and the time of submission. Submission-limit records use a hashed version of your IP address. They are pruned when the form receives another valid submission: per-visitor records expire after one hour and the overall count after 24 hours. If no further submissions arrive, the stored records remain until the next submission or manual cleanup.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts and all other site files are served from our own server.

Hosting and email providers

Our hosting and email providers process website requests and inquiry messages to operate these services. Hosting logs may also contain IP addresses and request details; their retention is managed through the hosting service.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are delivered to our business email and kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our records.

You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent us at any time by emailing hello@lusystechnologies.com.

Sensitive information

Please don't send passwords, bank account numbers, or other sensitive data through the contact form. If a project requires sensitive files, we'll arrange a secure method with you directly.
